Flowmax Non-Blinding Clean Screens

Flowmax Clean Screens are high quality, non-blinding screening surfaces made from crimped wire. Clean screens provide accurate screening and sizing, by separating the flakes, elongated material, and slivers from product where other screens fail.

Clean Screens with a W opening have combinations of different wire diameter sizes. The different wires vibrate at varying speeds and produce a self cleaning surface or a non-blinding, non-plugging screen.

Clean Screens with D and H openings have wires that vibrate independently of each other. This vibration keeps the screen surface free from blinding.

Flowmax Clean Screens have a larger percentage of open area than square opening woven mesh, thus giving higher production rates. Clean Screens can be hooked with any edge style to fit all screening equipment, stationary or portable.
