Coal Screens, Sizing and Processing

Coal Screens and Coke Screens are available in woven wire cloth, precrimped screen cloth and wear resistant polyurethane screens. 

Modular Polyurethane is a very popular and cost effective Coal Screening surface, Flowmax is the superior system.  

Woven wire cloth Coal Screens are typically woven of high carbon steel or oil tempered steel, although several other materials are available.

Coal screens may be provided in bulk (roll or flat) or fabricated (hooked) to your specifications.

A few of the other materials screened with our products include alumina, copper, diamonds, granite, gypsum, iron, lead, magnesite, mine waste, oil sands, phosphate, potash, pumice, quartz, sand & gravel, silica sand, silver, tailings and taconite.
