Woven Wire Mesh Count Tolerance

The allowable deviation in the mesh count shall be applied separately for warp and shute (weft) directions in accordance with the table below:

Mesh Tolerances
Mesh Warp Shute
Coarser than 30 mesh +/-  2% +/-  5%
Over 30 to 200 mesh +/-  2% +/-  4%
Finer than 200 mesh +/-  3% +/-  4%
