Space Cloth specifications are typically woven of precrimped wire.
Precrimped wire cloth has very accurate openings and is woven much tighter than plain weave. It is generally preferred for vibrating screen sections and numerous other applications requiring larger openings, where sizing is important.
The actual opening between the wires is commonly referred to as "space," thus 1/8-inch space .063"wire implies that the wires are 1/8" apart and the wires are .063" diameter.
