Woven wire cloth and woven wire mesh products are utilized in countless applications including, but not limited to: air flow conditioning, clarification, classification, classifying, cleaning, containment, conveying, declumping, dewatering, excluding, extraction, filtration, screen printing, security, separating, sieving, sifting, sizing, sorting and washing.
In most acses the aperture  (screen opening) is the most important factor in selecting a wire cloth specification.  To view a detailed list of available openings please visit the MESH LOCATOR.  The products listed are those normally available from stock although thousands of other possibilities may be found in the SQUARE MESH TABLES.  Specifications in the square mesh tables are not necessiarly in stock and may require a considerable minimum order for custom weaving.

Woven wire Space Cloth specifications are used in washing, sizing and classification of aggregates, sand and gravel.  Screens are typically provided with side tension hooks for installation on vibrating screen decks. Space Cloth is typically woven to order and ready for shipment within 5-7 days.
 

Chemical Processing

Stainless Steel Wire Cloth is used in the processing of liquids and powders, including solvents and pharmaceuticals.
 
Food Processing

Square Opening Space Cloth is used in the processing of cucumbers, corn, nuts, onions, pasta, potatoes, spices and many other food products.
 

Water and Waste Treatment

Wire cloth is utilized in the treatment of municipal and industrial sludge and in water filtration.
